Cancellation Policy

If you are within this booking time, and you have already confirmed your service with a phone call to 347-744-9322 then the cancellation policy will be in effect. Without this notification you will be billed for each service. A credit card account number is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card holders. LATE ARRIVALS All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. An un-rushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service. Your understanding is appreciated!
