Cancellation Policy

cancellation policy Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of services. If you are within this booking time, you are already confirmed for your treatment and the cancellation policy will be in effect. Without this notification you will be billed for each service. A credit card account number is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card holders. late arrival All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service.
